An overview of how children learn to write with practical strategies for supporting Äkonga with the writing process. It includes practical strategies to support students to generate and organise ideas, spell words, write in sentences, select vocabulary and edit their writing. Supporting groups of students at different levels will also be covered. Three workshops of 1.5 hours duration.Facilitator - Louise Dempsey
