Tickets are strictly R18.
THE FOOD
The Gathering offers a banquet style feast fit for royalty on every table.
If you have any dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free then please let us know when you book. We will do our best to accommodate such requests. Please note that ticket holders will be seated at tables of 8, if you have purchased a whole table you will be seated together, however if single tickets have been purchased you will be seated with other guests. Requests to be seated with people you know can be stated during the ticket purchase process.
THE TRANSPORT
Due to the nature of this event being at a mystery location, transportation is included in the ticket, which includes pickup before the event and drops off at the completion of the event back to the pick-up locations.
There will be two pickup points on in Taupo towncentre and one at the Kinloch Marina (which must be booked when you buy your ticket). The exact pickup points for each location will be sent out via email prior to the event.
Buses will be leaving at 5.45pm for those with Grand Gatherer tickets and 6.30pm for General Gatherers. Please be ready and waiting for the bus 10 minutes before it is due to leave.

THE DRESS CODE
A little bit fancy! It’s a night out so feel free to glam up. Dancing shoes are a must but leave the stilettos at home (trust us!). If it is cold, bring a jacket to put on while you are waiting for the bus.

This awesome Taupo charity supports unique adults by creating opportunities for them to contribute and participate in their community. THE RULES
All attendees are required to provide a valid vaccine passport at the time of the event. This will need to be scanned along with your ticket prior to hopping into the transport. Please make sure this is downloaded on your phone or printed out. This is in accordance with government regulations; however, if this changes, these terms and conditions will be updated. Please note that tickets to The Gathering are non-refundable. If The Gathering is unable to run due to an increase in Covid alert levels, the event will be postponed to a new date that is within 6 months of Saturday 16th October 2021. If you are unable to attend the postponement date due to prior arrangements, then you can request a refund for you ticket within 14 days of the announcement of the new date. This policy applies each time there is an escalation in Covid alert levels which prevent gatherings of more than 100 people to go ahead.
