2 different events throughout the day for 2 different age groups:
•Event 1: Ages 7-12: 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
•Event 2: Ages 13-17: 4:30pm until 6:30pm.

Terms and Condtions:
•IMPORTANT: This is a FREE event, however it is only for Gore-District kids and teens, as it is funded by the GORE RSA, for Gore-District kids and teens to attend. In order for this initiative to continue to receive funding, we are required to provide evidence that the children attending definitely live at a valid Gore-District address. You are required to enter a valid, Gore-District residential address during registration.
•Please understand; if your child does not live at a valid Gore-District residential address, they will not be permitted entry into the event. We apologise for any inconvenience.
*All information provided will be treated with upmost privacy, as per the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020
•Emergency Contact Numbers are required for all who wish to attend our events. You will be required to input one on each ticket, please ensure these are correct.
• All parents/ caregivers must sign-in their children, between the ages of 7-12 years old, at the event on arrival. Parents/ Caregivers will be required to enter the venue and sign-out their child (7-12 years) before we can allow the child to leave the venue. We will not allow the child to leave with anyone else, other than the parent/caregiver name that was used on the sign-in sheet when dropping off the child, unless arrangements are made with the event manager: James Wards, who can be contacted on 027 333 9452.
•KIDS EVENT: (AGES 7-12): Our KIDS event will only offer suitable, family friendly games, which all have G and PG rated classifications, which will include games such as Fortnite. You will be required to grant permission for your child to play these kinds of 'Recommended Classification' games on each ticket purchase in order to attend. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
TEEN EVENT ONLY (AGES 13-17): Our TEEN event offers many mild-violence games, such as Call of Duty. A Parent/Legal Guardian will be required to grant permission for the TEEN wishing to attend this TEEN EVENT to play these kinds of games on each ticket purchase in order to attend. We are unable to provide tailored experiences for individuals if you do not approve of these games, as they will not able to participate in the same experience as everyone else in the room. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
The parent/legal guardian must select provide permission in order for you to attend the TEEN event, hereby understanding this disclaimer. By selecting Yes, you have agreed and understood this statement, and your parent/legal guardian also understands, whereby the parent/legal guardian has read this statement, and acknowledged it, whereby the parent/legal guardian has truthfully selected Yes to this statement. Your Corps will not be held liable or accountable for any games the teen plays at our event, as a result of any misleading or untruthfull acquisition of this statement to be agreed upon, by the teen selecting Yes themselves, and not informing a parent to do so instead.
PLEASE NOTE: That only G and PG rated games will be played by the younger kids in the ages 7-12 event. Only TEENS in our ages 13-17 event will be able to play anything else, provided they have permission to do so.
•We no longer allow children between the ages of 7-12 years leave the venue to go the nearby dairy's or supermarkets to buy snacks during the event. Please ensure that your child brings a water bottle and snacks to the event, as we will not allow them to leave the venue until they are picked up the registered parent/guardian.
•Required for children aged 7-12 Years only: you will be required to enter the FIRST and LAST name, and MOBILE NUMBER of the legal parent/ guardian that will be dropping the child off. We will not allow the child to leave with anyone else other than the name registered here, unless arrangement is made with the event manager: James Wards, who can be contacted on 0273339452
•By participating in our events, you understand and accept that your child may appear in photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotion and marketing, that may appear online and social media. If you have an issue with this, then we apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend you do not attend.
•You will be required on each ticket to state any potential health concerns we should be aware of, such as allergies, history epilepsy etc.
