This month at Radically Community Talks, Yvonne and Justin will share how they helped an organisation create a simple, outcome-focused strategy that was tested with their key partners and made easy to implement in a short amount of time.
During this session we'll help you with:
- A process of understanding what choices you need to make as a team
- How to get buy-in and bring people along on the journey
- Executing the strategy through an agile approach
