In this registration form we collect personal information in order to manage the Catholic Women's Night and to communicate with you about the event.

Please be aware that photos will be taken on the night and may be published both online and in print.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact Grace at gchallies@cdoc.nz
