This ticket is proof of purchase of the Suburbs Colour Run 2024 and must be
presented at the time of admission.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time to be scanned in and get
in the queue.

Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a person age 14 or over.

Sessions are strictly 18 minutes in length. Participants can complete the course as many times as they like within the timeframe. Once the end of the session announcement has been made, participants are to exit the course as quickly as possible.
Participants can exit at any point of the course and must not enter the inflatables again. 
No shoes are allowed on the course. The course must be completed in bare feet.

Tickets can be scanned on the day from either your phone or a printed copy. If you won’t be taking your phone on the course then we recommend you print your tickets. 

Suburbs Team Entry tickets are valid for Suburbs Juniors Rugby Teams only.
Tickets will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours of booking. If these are not received, please contact event organisers for assistance. 
If there is availability in another session, tickets can be transferred up until October 10th. Please contact event organisers for assistance.
After October 10th, tickets are not transferable for another session time and refunds cannot be issued for missed sessions.
Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
Suburbs Colour Run 2024 Team reserve the right to determine unacceptable behaviour of individual(s) while on the premises, with this right being to cancel a booking or request an offender to leave.
No smoking, drinking, eating, pets, toys, chewing gum, shoes or sharp objects are allowed on or near the course. 
NO intoxicated persons will be permitted.
No wheels of any kind (wheelchairs, bikes, scooters etc) are allowed on the course.

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Event will be physically demanding and is aware of the nature of the Event and associated medical and physical risks involved. The Participant agrees that he/she is physically capable of competing in the Event and agrees to be solely responsible for his/her actions. The Event Organisers are not responsible for any injury or illness that the Participant may suffer as a result of his/her participation in the event. 
Suburbs Colour Run 2024 event organisers take no responsibility for damage or loss of personal items. 
Every attempt will be made for the Suburbs Colour Run 2024 to go ahead but in the unfortunate event that cancellation is necessary due to extremely bad weather or high winds, an alternative date will be arranged. Tickets will automatically be valid for the same sessions on the new date.
