- You are welcome to do things that support your learning, e.g. use fidgets, move around, keep your camera off etc.

- If you don’t want to ask a question out loud, please use the chat box. I will have a support person to monitor the chat box for me so I can stay focused on presenting.

- To support my focus please keep your microphone muted during the presentation. I will stop for questions and a break halfway through, you are welcome to unmute then or use the chat box. If you feel comfortable having your camera on, I find it useful to have the real time feedback of people's faces.

- Please respect different people’s lived experience and identities. Everyone will be at a different point in their learning.

- The handout will be emailed to you ahead of time along with a link to a Google drive of resources. Please do not copy, share or re-sell workshop materials created by me. Many of the resources in the Google drive are freely available and can be shared.

- The presentation will be recorded and a link to the recording sent out to you after the live sessions.

- There will be some practical activities that ask you to reflect on your practice and try out some of the tools

- Please maintain confidentiality and respect privacy when sharing examples and do not use any identifying details.

- If you are no longer able to attend please let me know with as much notice as possible. Refunds are possible if notice is given 48 hours before the event. If you receive a refund you will not get access to the recording.
