Non attendance or late arrivals for courses booked at CTEC will incur;
A DNA fee of $150.00 and will be charged to the attendee’s practice that arranged for the staff to attend.
Unless the notification of cancellation was received 7 days prior to the course date.
Staff arriving late for the course will be asked to re-book as sessions start on time, please arrive at 0845 to register.

The DNA fee may be waived if an attendee’s manager informs CTEC on the day of the course that the attendee was sick and unable to attend the course, or where clinical needs override course attendance.

Where a substitute has been arranged and enough time has been given to this person to complete the pre course work including course reading, no cancellation fee will be charged.

We do not negotiate these terms as we provide this service free of charge, and DNA's block others from attending.
