PWSA(NZ) family support camp is run by volunteers also supporting their own family members. Therefore, PWSA(NZ) cannot accept responsibility for children or vulnerable adults. Parents or support staff have full duty of care for their children or persons they support whilst attending our camp. Parents / carers have acknowledged that camp activities may involve explained risk and that by permitting members of their group to participate in activities, PWSA(NZ) cannot be held liable for accidents or injury.
