1. Ticket Policy:
• All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the promoters.
• Tickets are non-transferable once purchased.
. In cases of power outages, event shutdowns due to council, police, etc, natural disasters, or any issue that arises from factors completely out of control by Pakka Local there will be no refunds made.

2. Entry Regulations:

• STRICTLY 18+ EVENT | Please ensure you have a valid physical ID with you for entry at the gate. Tickets must be presented at the gate upon entry to the venue.
. Intoxicated people will be denied entry.
• Tickets allow single entry only. Once you exit the venue, re-entry is not permitted.
• Gates open at 9:30 PM, and the event starts at 9:30 PM. Potential gate closure by 12:30 AM. No entry will be allowed after this time.

3. Security and Conduct:
• The premises are monitored by event security and NZ Police. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Attendees are responsible for their actions. Misconduct or property damage will result in security or police intervention.

4. Personal Belongings:
• Attendees are responsible for their belongings, including items left in parked cars. Promoters and venue management are not liable for any loss or damage.

5. Privacy Policy:
• Personal information collected will be used for marketing purposes related to future events and event sponsors.
• By attending the event, you consent to Pakka Local and its representatives taking photographs of you and/or your property.
You also agree to allow the photographs to be used on our social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event. You waive any right to inspect or approve the photographs and release Pakka Local from any claims for compensation or damages arising from the use of the photographs and videos



Note: We value the participation of each member and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
