We’re delighted to have you join us for Run 4 Autism! By registering for the event, you’re supporting a fantastic cause, and we want to ensure you understand how everything works. These Terms and Conditions outline the event details, and by participating, you’re agreeing to them.
The Purpose of Run 4 Autism
Run 4 Autism is a charity run aimed at raising funds to provide speech therapy for children who need it. All the profits from the event will go towards this important cause, helping children access the support they require.
How the Funds Are Used
The income from the event will be used to cover the necessary costs of hosting, such as permits, venue fees, insurance, staff, and event supplies.
After covering these costs, any remaining funds will be dedicated to providing speech therapy for children in need.
However DONATIONS via donation link will 100% go towards providing free speech therapy for children in need.
Registration Fees
The fee you pay to register helps cover the costs of running the event. Once event expenses are covered, the remaining funds will be used for the charity’s mission—providing speech therapy for children.
Transparency in How Funds Are Used
We are committed to being transparent about how the funds are allocated. After the event, we will share details on how the remaining profits have been used to fund speech therapy for children.
Refund Policy
If, for any reason, the event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund of your registration fee, minus a small booking fee that is charged by TryBooking (our event registration platform). Unfortunately, this booking fee is non-refundable, as it is managed by TryBooking directly.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we will do our best to keep you updated about any changes to the event.
Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to make the event as safe and enjoyable as possible, participants understand and accept that they are taking part at their own risk. This includes any risks related to physical activity, injury, or accidents.
You agree to be responsible for your child’s safety on the day of the event. By registering, you agree to release the event organisers, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability.
Parking
You agree not to park in any illegal or disruptive manner at the event. Please ensure that you park in designated areas only and follow any parking instructions provided by event organisers or local authorities. The event organisers are not responsible for any fines, penalties, or damage caused by improper parking.
Event Modifications
We hope everything goes smoothly, but in the rare case of unforeseen circumstances, the event may be modified or cancelled. If the event is cancelled, we will work to reschedule or offer other options, and we will provide a refund (minus the TryBooking booking fee - unfortunately this is nonrefundable as our booking platform takes this small percentage to cover their costs).

By signing up and participating in Run 4 Autism, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Thank you so much for being part of something special and supporting children who need speech therapy.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (NZBN 94 29 046 296 030).
