There will be no refunds for this event. A substitute attendee can attend provided the name of the substitute is emailed to office@minex.org.nz or contact 022 395 3312 up to 3 business days prior to the workshop.

MinEx reserves the right to change the venue, date, or cancel the event due to unexpected circumstances. Should a cancellation on the part of MinEx occur, all registration fees will be deferred or refunded, and necessary parties advised of the change.

MinEx collects your personal information in order to keep you informed on health and safety in the quarry, mining and tunnelling industry, via newsletters and Safety Alerts etc.

We may take photos at the workshop for promotional use in our newsletters and Safety Alerts. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree that pictures of you or people you have registered on behalf of, can be used to promote our MinEx workshops.

You have the right to request, in writing, that MinEx stop using your photos.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
