If you are UNABLE to ATTEND PLEASE CONTACT US. We will do everything in our power to find someone who wants your ticket. Most events sell out and each year we have people on waiting lists. If you pass your ticket on to someone their name will NOT be on the door lists, and they will NOT be allowed entry.

Tickets ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Refunds or cancellations are not possible unless exceptional circumstances prevail and are at the discretion of the organising committee and in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Refunds will be issued only onto the original credit card used for the purchase.

INSURANCE
Neither the Steampunk NZ Inc, its individual members nor the event organisers can accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person attending Steampunk NZ Festival 2025. Festival attendees are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover medical expenses, accidents, loss, damage, or cancellations etc.

Refusal OF ADMISSION or ejection for OBJECTIONABLE BEHAVIOUR
Steampunk NZ Festival reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with common decency.

DISCLAIMER
The organising committee of Steampunk NZ Festival reserves the right to modify the programme as needed and is not able to guarantee that any particular event will be run, should circumstances require a cancellation or change to the programme.
