1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable if you cannot attend the event. If you choose to sell your ticket, please do so responsibly, as the event organiser and trybooking are not liable for unauthorised resale issues.
2. Postponements
If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be automatically valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact the event organiser within 14 days of the announcement to request a refund. Refunds will exclude booking fees and payment processing fees.
3. Cancellations
If unforeseen circumstances lead to the event’s cancellation, all tickets will be refunded minus booking fees and payment processing fees. The event organiser is responsible for issuing refunds, and trybooking will support the process as authorised by the organiser. Refunds will be processed promptly and returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
