Air New Zealand Crew Reunion 2026 - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Air New Zealand Crew Reunion 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Organiser This event is organised by Tracey Love as a private social reunion for former Air NZ cabin crew and pilots. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Air New Zealand Limited.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
Ticket Price: The full ticket price for the Air New Zealand Crew Reunion is $115 per person plus booking fees. This price covers venue hire, catering, entertainment, decorations and administrative costs.
Payment Methods: All payments will be processed securely via Trybooking.com. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST-exempt, as this is a private social event.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Attendee Withdrawal)
Non-Refundable Ticket: Please choose carefully. Tickets purchased for the Air New Zealand Crew Reunion 2026 are generally non-refundable if you (the attendee) choose to cancel your attendance.
Transfer of Tickets: Tickets are transferable to another eligible attendee [e.g., a former Air NZ colleague who meets eligibility criteria] until 2 days prior to the event. Please contact info@flightcrewreunion to arrange a ticket transfer.

4. Event Cancellation Policy (by Organiser)
Minimum Attendance: The event requires a minimum of 300 paid attendees by 2 November 2025 to proceed.
Cancellation due to Low Numbers: In the unlikely event that the minimum number of attendees is not met by 2 November 2025, or if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue unavailability, significant cost increases) make the event unfeasible, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event.
Full Refunds for Organiser Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund of the entire ticket price paid will be processed to all ticket holders within 14 working days of the cancellation announcement.
Limitation of Liability: The organiser will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees due to event cancellation, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5. Event Details
Date, Time, and Venue: Saturday, May 2, 2026, 6pm at The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Drive, Westhaven Marina, Auckland 1011.
Changes to Event: The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the event programme, schedule, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

6. Eligibility
To ensure a fair and phased sale, tickets will be released in two tranches with specific eligibility criteria. Please note: This event is exclusively for Air New Zealand flight crew (cabin crew and pilots). Partners are not permitted to attend.

Tranche 1 (Pre-1996 Entry):
Sales Period: Available for purchase until 2 August 2025.
Eligibility: Strictly limited to current and former Air New Zealand flight crew (cabin crew and pilots) who joined on or before 1995.
Ticket Type: Air NZ Crew Reunion Ticket (Pre-1996 Entry)
By purchasing a Tranche 1 ticket, you confirm you meet these specific eligibility requirements.

Tranche 2 (General Entry):
Sales Period: Opens after 2 August 2025, subject to availability.
Eligibility: Open to all current and former Air New Zealand flight crew (cabin crew and pilots), regardless of their joining year.
Availability: Tickets in Tranche 2 will have limited availability, dependent on how many tickets are sold in Tranche 1. For example, if 500 tickets are sold in Tranche 1, no Tranche 2 tickets will be available.

7. Photography and Videography
Please be aware that photographs and/or videos may be taken at the event for social media sharing and future reunion communications. By attending, you consent to your image possibly being used in such materials. If you have concerns, please speak to an organiser on the day.

8. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
