Terms and Condition:
Parking is available at Holz Park, Then walk over the bridge to the back entrance of the school

1. Tickets are not transferable to another day.
2. Children attending Otautau Kids Fun Fest must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver over 14 years old.
The organisers and Otautau School take no responsibility for unaccompanied children and reserve the right to refuse admission to unaccompanied children.
3. All children remain the responsibility of their parent or caregiver at all times during their attendance at the festival. Otautau Kids Fun Fest and Otautau School are not responsible for your children or your belongings.
4. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the festival is cancelled. Once tickets have been purchased, this order cannot be cancelled.
5. The organisers are not obliged to replace lost or stolen tickets.
6. The organisers reserve the right with reasonable cause, to refuse admission or remove any person from the festival.
7. No gang insignias permitted.
8. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the festival programme at any time.
9. While within the Festival area, patrons must not use indecent language or behave in an indecent manner
10. While within the Festival area, patrons must not smoke, vape, use e-cigarettes or consume alcohol
11. I understand that by entering Otautau Kids Fun Fest, I may be filmed or photographed. It is deemed that a person by entering the festival consents to the Otautau Kids Fun Fest or third parties appointed by the festival for photographing or filming. Otautau Kids Fun Fest or third parties appointed by the Festival can broadcast, publish, licence and use any photographs, film, recordings or images without compensation. Otautau Kids Fun Fest, third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to the subject for its use in any way.
