Ticket Purchase and Entry:
Each ticket admits one person. Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) at entry.

Children under 5 may enter free (if applicable) but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Please note: Children remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians throughout the event.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.

2. Event Changes and Cancellations
The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule, performers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

In case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be requested within a limited timeframe.

3. Liability and Damages
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizer, venue, and partners accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Any damage caused to the venue or property by an attendee will be the financial responsibility of that individual.

The organizer reserves the right to claim costs for any repair or replacement due to negligence or misconduct.

4. Behaviour, Intoxication, and Security
Disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. Any such conduct will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

Intoxication will not be tolerated. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry or removed from the venue. Serious cases will be reported to New Zealand Police immediately.

Bag checks and security screening may be conducted. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

5. Respect Towards Artists and Staff
Please respect the performers and event staff at all times.

Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or misconduct towards artists or staff will be treated seriously and may result in removal and police involvement.

6. Photography and Media
By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by the organizers.

Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or audio recording is not permitted.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
