Children under 5 years of age are free of charge. However, no separate seat or banana leaf will be provided for them.

Each seating session may vary by 15 to 20 minutes earlier or later. We kindly ask all guests to be patient and understanding.

Please arrive on time for your allocated slot. Due to limited capacity, missed time slots may not be rescheduled, and entry is not guaranteed if you are late.

Ticket cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Allocated time slots cannot be changed once booked.

Please bring your ticket (printed or digital) with you on the day of the event. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

Student ticket holders must present a valid student ID upon entry.

DMA membership will be verified at the venue. Please carry proof of active membership if purchasing DMA member tickets.

Each session has a maximum capacity of 150 seats. Please cooperate with our volunteers and follow instructions to ensure a smooth experience for all.

We request all attendees to respect the cultural significance of the event and treat the serving team.
