No refunds after 4 October 2025 – you can sell your ticket to another person, and contact friends@takekarara.school.nz with the name change and pickup point.

Dietary requirements are to be made when purchasing your ticket. Please also notify yourself to a member of staff on arrival.

Bus schedules will be posted here one week before the event, and you will also receive them by email. Please arrive at the bus stop at the scheduled time, as the bus cannot wait for late arrivals.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
