TICKETS
1. A valid ticket is required for entry.
2. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred if the original ticket holder can no longer attend

EVENT CHANGES
1. Ace Dance Studios reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or line-up if necessary.
2. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be issued.

ENTRY AND SEATING
1. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
2. All seating is general admission — you are welcome to sit anywhere you like.
3. Reserved seating is available for guests with injuries or mobility challenges (and their family members). Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
1. Personal photography and video recording are permitted, but please be mindful of others around you and avoid blocking anyone’s view.
2. Flash photography is discouraged as it can distract performers.
3. Ace Dance Studios may also record or photograph the event for promotional use. By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in this media.

CHILDREN
1. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
2. All attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket unless otherwise specified.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
1. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
2. All instructions from staff and venue personnel must be followed.

LIABILITY
1. Ace Dance Studios and the venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on site.
