The QR code on your ticket will be scanned upon entry to SHAC. Please consider the environment and don't print your ticket - we are happy to see your emailed ticket on your phone.
The event organiser has the right to film or photograph this event and share on their channels. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders. No refunds will be available after purchasing tickets if you are unable to attend, or choose not to attend part/all of the event.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with our privacy policy. For more information on how we use your personal information, contact us on admin@mountainsafety.org.nz to obtain our privacy policy.
If you are unable to use your ticket, you can contact us to change the name. A full event ticket can not be shared between two people.
