The Household Chemical Clean-out event is combined for Napier and Hastings. To manage volumes of both traffic and material coming in a booking system is being used. Customers are expected to attend within the time-slot, indicated during their booking. The bookings are on a first in, first served basis, with limited numbers per session.
Arrival outside the allocated booking time-slot may result in a long wait, or denied entry when it is busy with booked customers.
Casual drive-ins are not accepted.
