Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund
The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.

Dogs are discouraged unless yours is a guide dog or there is no alternative. Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement with Gunns Bush Camp.
Please contact them direct: Email gunnsbush@gmail.com to make appropriate arrangements and bring along proof of approval. Dogs must be kept under control and doggie waste picked up. Please don’t bring your dog if it is likely to chase our precious wildlife.

You may not take your dog to any of the main events areas of the festival.
Dogs must be on leads and under control at all times.
Do not leave your dog locked in a vehicle without air conditioning.
You must ensure that someone is with your dog or checking on them regularly.
Owners of noisy or otherwise disruptive dogs will be asked to remove their dog from the site.

NOTE: Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. We are happy to refund tickets if you are unable to attend this event due to illness. We reserve the right to obtain medical confirmation.
