Conditions:

1. You are over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign on your behalf.

2. At all times when you are using the grounds you will have another person in attendance, or at the very least have
someone knowing your whereabouts and what time you are expected to return.

3. It is assumed riders will follow all practical safety requirements – wearing safety standard riding helmets, checking
of jumps before jumping them and any other generally accepted equestrian practices.

4. You will report any damage to the manager of the showgrounds within 24 hours – info@rangiorashow.co.nz

5. Please be aware there is the ECAN stopbank that cuts through the X Country course – there are specially
designated horse tracks for riders and horses to go over the stopbank; please ensure you use those.

6. Hire Fees:
a. Casual User – Dressage - $11 per person/horse/per hour
b. Casual User – X Country - $21 per person/horse
c. Annual Equestrian Use (1 Jan- 31 Dec) - $120 per year (includes use of all of the above areas)
d. If joining as a member anytime after 1 July - $60.00 (includes use of all of the above areas)

These terms and conditions must be accepted before any use of the grounds each year. For casual users – form must be signed and lodged with the manager of the showgrounds the first time they use the grounds for that year however, you are still required to book in each time you wish to use the grounds and you will be given the code. Members will be emailed the change of the code each time it changes. All payments must be paid prior to use – either casual or member.

7. Any persons found to have shared the gate code with others will have their access to the grounds suspended.

8. Entry to the showgrounds will be via Coldstream Road entrance, next to railway line. The lockbox is on the gate
(not the fence). Gate must be closed and locked after entering & leaving the grounds.

9. All persons entering the premises must comply with The Health & Safety at Work Act 2015, and this is the
responsibility of the user, not the Northern A&P Association.

10. All riders bring the equipment required to clean up after their horse(s) in the All Weather Arena.

11. Changes to Conditions – If at any stage of the user period, conditions are identified that could affect the property
of the A&P Association or the Health & Safety of those in attendance, the hirer will take all reasonably practical
actions to remedy the situation and will communicate those changes to the Showgrounds Manager, as soon as
possible.

12. Rangiora Pony Cub have rights of use every 2nd & 4th Sunday, normally able to access the grounds after 3pm.
Dressage every 3rd Sunday however X country still accessible.
