By purchasing a ticket to this Community Conversations event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the school in advance. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.

Seating for this event is unallocated and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors will open at 6.30pm, and we recommend arriving early to allow time for seating prior to the event commencing. Please note that there is limited parking on school grounds. We kindly request that you park on Karori Road, Marsden Avenue or Vera Street.

Smokefree, vapefree and alcohol-free environment
Samuel Marsden Collegiate School is a smokefree and vape-free site. We thank all attendees for respecting this policy while on school grounds.

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or alternative option.

Photographs or short video recordings may be taken during the event for school communication or promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the possible use of images in school publications or digital channels. If you have any concerns, please advise the organiser on arrival.

Attendees are expected to follow any health, safety, or venue guidelines in place at the time of the event. Please do not attend if you are unwell.

Personal information collected as part of ticket sales will be used solely for event administration and communication and will be handled in accordance with the school’s privacy obligations.
