Terms and Conditions

For our class visit to the Kārearea Falcon Trust, I understand that:

1) All Kārearea Kaitiaki participants must follow the instructions given by KFT staff at all times

2) KFT is located on a working vineyard, we will be mindful of tractors and other vineyard vehicles in operation

3) Smoking or vaping onsite is strictly prohibited

4) Children onsite must be actively supervised at all times by a responsible adult

5) Any one wishing to use the toilet will need to seek permission from a KFT staff member, and report back upon return. Any tamariki are required to be escorted by a responsible adult

6) We must not touch, disturb, or harass any of the birds while onsite and keep noise to a minimum while inside the aviary

7) We must not open and enter any enclosure doors, and we need to keep our fingers away from mesh enclosure windows

8) Visiting KFT is not suitable for pets, and animals also cannot be left in vehicles

9) KFT will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items or equipment

10) All phones must be on silent during the visit

11) Photographs (no flash) can only be used for personal purposes, and that the publication, distribution, reproduction or use of photographs for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited without prior consent of KFT

12) KFT Reserve the right to refuse entry or request visitors to leave who are not following these terms and conditions
