GC Quiz Night – Terms & Conditions
Tickets/Tables: Bookings are for tables of 6–8 people unless otherwise stated.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your table. No holds without payment.
Event Changes: The Jolly Good Chaps Charitable Trust reserves the right to change the event date if required. All tickets will transfer to the new date.
Refunds: If the new date does not suit, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be made via email or message.
Cancellations: Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event. Within 7 days, refunds are at the discretion of JGC.
Team Changes: You can change team members at any time — no dramas.
Behaviour: We’re here for a good time — respectful behaviour is expected. JGC reserves the right to remove any person behaving like a muppet (no refund).
Fundraising: All proceeds from the event go to the Jolly Good Chaps Charitable Trust supporting local Hawke’s Bay causes.
Photography/Media: By attending, you agree that photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes (you’ll probably look great anyway).
