EMERGE ENTERTAINMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE
1. ALL SALES FINAL

All ticket purchases are final.

A full refund is only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase via official channels. After this period, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of plans, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or duplicate purchases.

2. REFUND PROCESS

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours via:
emerge.entertainment.aus@gmail.com

No requests outside this window will be entertained.

3. NON-TRANSFERABLE TICKETS

All tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Tickets:

Cannot be resold, reassigned, or transferred to another person
Cannot be used by anyone other than the original purchaser (if required for verification)

Emerge Entertainment reserves the right to:

Cancel any ticket suspected of unauthorised transfer or resale
Refuse entry to any ticket holder not matching purchase records
4. ANTI-SCALPING POLICY

The resale of tickets for commercial purposes, including scalping or bulk reselling, is strictly prohibited.

Any tickets identified as:

Resold without authorisation
Used in coordinated resale or distribution schemes

may be:

Cancelled without refund
Denied entry at the venue
5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after a valid transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions
Emerge Entertainment reserves the right to:
Void all associated tickets without refund
Deny entry to the event
Suspend or blacklist future purchases
Recover disputed amounts through legal or collection channels

Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as intentional abuse of payment systems.

6. FRAUD & ABUSE

Emerge Entertainment reserves the right to:

Investigate suspicious transactions
Cancel tickets linked to fraudulent activity
Deny entry without refund

This includes:

Coordinated dispute claims
Multiple purchases linked to abuse patterns
False fraud claims
7. EVENT CHANGES / CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation or significant changes:

Remedies (refund or exchange) will be provided at the organiser’s discretion
This does not override the 24-hour refund policy for standard purchases
8. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser is responsible for:

Verifying event details (date, time, venue)
Ensuring correct ticket selection

No liability is accepted for errors after purchase.

9. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Entry may be refused if:

Ticket is invalid, duplicated, or tampered
Ticket was obtained through unauthorised resale
Ticket is subject to dispute or chargeback
10. PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Tickets may be issued through third-party platforms (e.g., EventBookings, TryBooking).

Platform functionality (e.g., name changes) does not override these Terms & Conditions.

11. AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you:

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (NZBN 94 29 046 296 030).
