You may modify or cancel your registration by emailing office@minex.org.nz up to 4 business days prior to the workshop. Cancellation attracts an administration fee of 10%. Alternatively, a substitute attendee can attend, provided the name of the substitute is emailed to office@minex.org.nz.

There will be no refund for any cancellations made within 3 business days of the workshop or for no-shows on the day.

MinEx reserves the right to change the venue, date, or cancel the event due to unexpected circumstances. Should a cancellation on the part of MinEx occur, all registration fees will be deferred or refunded, and necessary parties advised of the change.

MinEx collects personal information from you, including information about your, name, place of work, contact information, billing or purchase information.

MinEx collects your personal information in order to keep you informed on health and safety via newsletters and Safety Alerts etc.

We may take photos at the workshop for promotional use. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to these conditions.

You have the right to request in writing, that MinEx stop using your photos.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact office@minex.org.nz, or P O Box 10-668, Wellington 6140.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
