Event Details
Zeffer Open Day will be held on 14 March, 12:00pm–5:30pm at Zeffer, Hawke’s Bay.

Entry & Age Requirements
- This is a licensed event.
- Guests 18+ may be required to show valid photo ID.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Alcohol & Behaviour
- Host Responsibility practices apply.
- Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18+.
- Intoxicated, disorderly, or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of service or removal without refund.
- No external alcohol permitted.

Refunds & Cancellation
- Tickets are non-refundable except if the Event is cancelled or postponed.
- If cancelled due to adverse weather or safety concerns, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued (excluding any third-party booking fees).
- If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

General
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Event details may change if required.
- By attending, you consent to photography and video for promotional purposes.
