Where an invoice is requested, registrations are considered confirmed on submission of the booking form and all event terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, will apply.
The Introductory & Advanced Course ticket type must be selected during registration to be eligible for the discounted rate. 
A $55NZD change fee applies where changes to attendee names are requested. Changes will be applied on receipt of payment. 
For cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, the following terms apply
Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au.
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
