Cancellation Policy – Business Mission Registration

Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@nzfbc.co.nz

The following cancellation terms will apply:

Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received 20 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable.

Substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional cost, provided the replacement delegate meets any applicable participation requirements.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (NZBN 94 29 046 296 030).
