Terms & Conditions — Dalmatinsko Kulturno Drustvo (Incorporated) Events
1. Tickets - All ticket purchases are final at the time of booking.
2. Refunds - Refund requests must be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the event date. This is required due to catering commitments made on behalf of ticket holders. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the event. To request a refund, please contact us at [insert email address].
3. Event Cancellation by the Society - The Society reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by the Society, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. The Society is not liable for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders as a result of a cancellation or postponement, including travel or accommodation expenses.
4. Entry Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) upon entry. The Society reserves the right to refuse entry to any person behaving in a disorderly or inappropriate manner.
5. Conduct - All guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff, volunteers, and fellow guests. The Society reserves the right to remove any person from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
6. Liability - The Society takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests. However, the Society accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during events, except where required by law.
7. Photography and Video - Photography and video may be taken at Society events for use on our website and social media channels. By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have any concerns, please advise us at the door.
