**Freedom Centre Ticketing Platform - Terms and Conditions**

**1. General**
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events hosted by Freedom Centre via our ticketing platform.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Freedom Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

**2. Ticket Purchase and Payment**
2.1. All ticket sales are subject to availability and acceptance of payment.
2.2. Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.3. Payments must be completed at the time of booking using the accepted payment methods on our platform.
2.4. Freedom Centre is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

**3. Refunds and Cancellations**
3.1. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by New Zealand consumer law.
3.2. In the event of an event cancellation by Freedom Centre, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3.3. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a refund.
3.4. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

**4. Event Attendance and Conduct**
4.1. Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
4.2. Freedom Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
4.3. Attendees must comply with all event-specific guidelines, venue policies, and any instructions given by Freedom Centre staff or volunteers.

**5. Liability and Disclaimer**
5.1. Freedom Centre is not responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.
5.2. Attendance at events is at the ticket holder’s own risk, and Freedom Centre is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered unless caused by negligence.
5.3. Freedom Centre reserves the right to make changes to event programs, schedules, or speakers without notice.

**6. Privacy and Data Protection**
6.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchases is handled in accordance with Freedom Centre’s Privacy Policy.
6.2. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your information for event-related communications.
