1. ANTI BULLYING & HARRASSMENT
At Auckland Kiz Live (AKL) we recognize the importance of health and safety of all and want to provide a safe environment for people to learn, experience and enjoy dancing.
AKL does not tolerate bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, or gross intoxication at any AKL classes or events.
2. NO REPRESENTATION OF MEDICAL EXPERTISE
AKL is not a licensed medical care provider with any medical expertise.
Where you are unsure about the suitability of dance as a form of exercise we ask that you seek appropriate medical guidance before attending our classes or events.
3. ILLNESS
In the event the course is disrupted due to a public health event, classes will be postponed. The course / event will resume at a later date after a reasonable notification that the course will resume.
To ensure the safety of all, I agree to take all reasonable precautions against infection and infecting others.
In the event I am sick, I agree not attend classes or events if I am aware at the time the illness could be highly contagious and a risk to others, I confirm that I will abide by the venue’s health and safety, and evacuation procedures.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
By registering for AKL classes, or events I acknowledge that there is risk of physical injury when performing a physical activity such as dancing and agree to participate at my own risk and indemnify AKL, its teachers and the venue against liability.
5. EVENT RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued minus non-refundable TryBooking processing fees. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date; refunds may be requested if you cannot attend, subject to the same fee conditions.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (NZBN 94 29 046 296 030).
