Due to the charity nature of this event, there will be no refunds due to poor weather, inability to attend or any other circumstance.

In the case of extreme weather conditions the event will be postponed until the following weekend. All tickets will be valid for the postponed event at the same times. No refunds will be provided if tickets cannot be used.
