The Movement Series by Mum & Co. – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for booking! By attending this 5-week postpartum-friendly Pilates series hosted by Mum & Co. and Well & Being, you agree to the following:

🧘 Health & Safety
• This series is recommended for participants 6+ weeks postpartum for vaginal deliveries, and 8+ weeks postpartum for caesarean deliveries. You know your limits and capabilities best however.
• By attending, you confirm that you are fit to participate.
• You agree to exercise at your own pace and stop and discuss with the instructor if you experience discomfort, pain or dizziness.
• Inform your instructor of any health conditions prior to class.

💳 Bookings & Payments
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law. In cases of severe medical situations, before the series starts, we will consider transferring your booking to another 5-week series in the first instance. Refunds may be issued in these cases at the discretion of Mum & Co. There will be a $30 admin fee taken off the refund amount. If the series has already started, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking via TryBooking.

📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• No refunds for missed sessions.
• If a session is cancelled by the organisers, you’ll receive a full refund if the session cannot be rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to modify session times, instructors, or venue if needed. You’ll be notified of any changes. If we need to make any changes, all communication will come through Facebook Messenger. If you don’t have Messenger, please let the event organisers know so a different means of contact can be organised.

⚠️ Liability
• You participate at your own risk and waive any claims against Well & Being, Mum & Co., or associated instructors for injury or loss during the series.

📸 Photos & Media
• Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for social media and promotion. Please let us know if you’d prefer that you, your baby or both are not to be included otherwise by accepting the terms and conditions you are agreeing to feature in these.

🔒 Privacy
• Your information is used for event communication only and will be kept private in accordance with NZ privacy laws.

🤱 Nicole, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant is available for basic feeding advice during the 5-week series. This is on-the-day help during the connection part of the session and does not include help in between sessions. If this level of support is required, a consultation will need to be booked via her website.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
