Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets & Payments
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your spot is only secured once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the event.

3. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, instructors, or inclusions if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

4. Health & Participation
By attending, you confirm you are physically fit to participate in a Pilates class. Please inform us of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions prior to the session. You participate at your own risk.

5. Liability Waiver
The event organisers and instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

6. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol will be available during the event. Please drink responsibly. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused service and/or asked to leave.

7. Photography & Content
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify us otherwise prior to the event.

8. Arrival Time
Please arrive on time to ensure you can fully enjoy the experience. Late arrivals may not be able to join the class once it has started.

9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10. Respectful Environment
We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive space. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
