Resale Restrictions: Tickets cannot be resold for profit. Fraudulent or resold tickets may be voided without refund.
Proof of Purchase: Identification may be required to collect tickets, especially for discounted or concession tickets
2. Cancellations and Changes
Refund Policy: Refunds are usually only issued if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled. If a show is cancelled, the liability is typically limited to the ticket price.
Alterations: Management reserves the right to change cast, performance times, or seating arrangements without prior notice.
3. Attendance and Venue Rules
Latecomers: Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, or may be refused entry entirely.
Children: Children, even young ones, often require their own ticketed seat, or there may be specific policies for babes-in-arms.
Recordings: Recording, filming, or photographing performances is strictly prohibited.
Behavior: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove patrons for disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
4. Safety and Liability
Right of Admission: The venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
Health and Safety: Patrons may be required to follow specific health protocols (e.g., COVID-19 guidelines).
Limitation of Liability: The theatre is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
5. Booking and Payments
Payment Timing: Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking, or within a specified time for reservations.
Fees: Booking fees or transaction fees are generally non-refundable.
