Tickets are generally non-refundable. Any refund requests will be considered solely at the discretion of the organisers and exceptional circumstances may be required. Tickets are non-transferable.

SALSA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, seating, or entertainment where necessary, including due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the organisers’ control.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event while recognising the social and celebratory nature of the evening. Attendees must comply with all reasonable directions and policies of SALSA, venue management, security, and event staff throughout the event.

As the event is hosted at a licensed venue, responsible service of alcohol requirements apply. Venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or remove intoxicated patrons where necessary. No BYO alcohol or illegal substances are permitted at the venue.

SALSA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, seriously disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate.

Photography and videography will occur throughout the event. By attending, guests consent to the unrestricted use of images, video, and other media captured during the event for SALSA promotional, marketing, social media, and archival purposes.

Attendees are responsible for advising organisers of any dietary, accessibility, or accommodation requirements prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.

SALSA accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event.

Dress code is Formal / Cocktail Attire. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.

SALSA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
