All guests must be 18 years or over to attend, and valid photo ID may be required on entry and/or at the bar. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide accepted proof of age if requested.

Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over. Event and bar staff may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and follow all reasonable directions from event staff.

A Gala Evening ticket includes entry to the event, access to the exhibition preview, and the hospitality inclusions listed on the ticketing page. Raffle tickets, artwork purchases and any other fundraising activities are not included unless specifically stated.

As this is a fundraising event, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In rare circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the organiser’s discretion. If the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted with further information.

The organiser may make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, venue layout, suppliers or entertainment if required.

Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional and reporting purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should advise event staff on arrival.

Personal information collected through the booking process will be used for event administration, ticketing, guest communication, catering, safety and attendance management.
