Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations received in writing more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund less any administration fee.
Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within 14 days of the event or for non-attendance.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organiser. (info@nzbeveragecouncil.org.nz)
Substitutions
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event by notifying the organiser in writing. (info@nzbeveragecouncil.org.nz)
