All sales are final. Any processing fees are payable at the time of purchase at check out. All tickets are GA. Adult tickets = 12yrs and older. Kids tickets 11yrs and younger. Family passes are available for 2 adults and 2 children at a discounted rate.
There are no refunds of any kind unless Elevate Studios has to cancel the event.
All spectators must be seated 15 mins prior to show. If you arrive late you will have to wait to be seated by an usher as to not disturb any acts currently on stage - this is a mandate for our health and safety protocols. NO exceptions.
