In order to comply with the hotel cancellation policy, tickets are non-refundable from 7 days prior to event (after Nov 12th).
Between Oct 30th and Nov 5th, PWSA(NZ) will usually refund tickets in the event of a cancellation but this may depend on the number of cancellations received.
After Nov 5th, full refunds will be limited.

PWSA(NZ) Young Families Support Weekend is run by volunteers who may also be supporting their own family members. PWSA(NZ) cannot accept responsibility for children. Parents will have full duty of care for their children during the weekend.
