Terms and Conditions  −  Costumiers' Fantasy Masquerade Ball weekend - 2023

Costume will be mandatory for admittance to all ticketed events.
No costume, no admittance. No exception.

This is an R18 event - photo ID will be requested / required at registration.

Tickets can not be resold or transferred to another person - unless approval / confirmation has been first received from the organiser.
Tickets are non-refundable from 45 days prior to the event start.

All Friday evening "Creatures of Atlantis" ticketed guests - see website FAQ's for notes regarding pool use
Outside this time only hotel guests are entitled to use hotel facilities such as hotel swimming pool, fitness centre & spa pools.

This event is a non-profit initiative created especially for the costuming & creative communities of New Zealand (cosplay, steampunk, larp, medieval, costumier's, creatives, designers, queens, burlesque, models, actors etc) - however anyone with a passion for costuming is welcome to attend so long as suitably attired.
