You will be asked to help create a confidential, supportive space and abide by TWM's ethos of not judging, colluding or fixing others on the call.
If you wish, introduce yourself and share any challenges you are meeting in your journey to becoming calmer, more compassionate and clear about your purpose and direction at this time in your life.
Then you can observe a demonstration of a TWM exercise followed by a Q and A.
A follow-up with an accredited practitioner will be available should you want one after the call.
