We now offer a short intensive course- “Introduction to The Walters Method”. TWM is a well-established method with sometimes surprisingly quick shifts and always long lasting results. TWM offers you tools that can be used in continuing daily practice or at times of challenge and uncertainty.
Our intensive course "Introduction to TWM" runs in three weekly sessions and includes a 121 over the period of a month. In it you will learn some key TWM exercises.
