This is a fantastic fun event. It is a continuous Laser shoot, swim and run competition.We are keeping this event very low key and fun as a teaching event. You will be in and out of the pool and taking on and off wet trainers!

The different age groups have different distances to achieve. Please see below for age groups.
Under 11 (born 2014/2015) Laser Shoot -Swim 25m - Run 300m X 2
Under 13 (born 2013/2012) Laser Shoot - Run 300m then Laser shoot - Swim 50m - Run 300m X 2
Under 15 (born 2011/2010) Laser Shoot - Run 600m then Laser shoot - Swim 50m - Run 600m X 2
Under 17 & Adults Laser Shoot -Swim 50m - Run 600m X 4
