Our new Seat Hold feature allows you to reserve specific seats for guests so they can easily book using an Access Code.
See how it all works via these examples and entering the Access Codes provided below.
Individual Seat Holds:
- Mr and Mrs Milburn like to reserve 2 seats every concert - use Access Code MILBURN.
- Mr and Mrs Bloggs bring their aunt to the concert, requiring 3 seats - test using Access Code BLOGGS.
Group Seat Holds:
- Reserve a section of your venue for staff/parents/groups - test using Access Code GROUP.
Click ENTER in the box at the top after entering your Access Code.
For all other guests - click 'Book Now' to book as a normal guest.
