Join us to learn about the Leadership Exchange and Board Exchange programmes and how they provide a framework to offer an insight into different organisation cultures, constraints and opportunities. This is a unique chance to expand your network, see things differently, share best practice and build connections across boundaries.
ACOSVO Leadership Exchange pairs cross-sector leaders from middle, senior & executive levels to improve leadership capacity between peers.
- All sectors are eligible - voluntary, public & private.
- With leaders matched from the Scottish Government, finance, NHS, Police Scotland, voluntary sector, and much more.
- The application deadline for our next cohort is 11th October 2024.
ACOSVO Board Exchange pairs voluntary sector Chairs and Vice-Chairs to improve leadership capacity and governance knowledge sharing between peers. Any Chair or Vice-Chair from a voluntary sector organisation in Scotland is eligible. The next application deadline will be in May 2025 and will be announced soon.
About the programme
A previous participant will join us to share their own exchange reflections and answer any questions you may have.
